Return Policy

Items shipped from ninamiler.com can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Returns will be processed only if:

The product is not damaged.

The product is not different from what was shipped to you.

The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories) After the courier has received your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. It may take up to three weeks for Marketplace Seller orders. After the return is processed it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show on your payment card statement.

Note: We will not accept return of any item which is wrongfully sent to us. This includes items which were not originally purchased from ninamiler.com. In the event we receive such items, we are unable to return or provide a refund or other concession in respect of such items. We can only provide a refund in respect of correct items which are returned in accordance with our policies. Any item which you send or return to ninamiler.com cannot be shipped or otherwise returned to you.

Items can be returned within 15 to 30 days of receipt of delivery using the Online Returns Center. It can take up to two to four weeks for an item to reach us once you return it.

Ninamiler.com items can up to 30 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item reaches our fulfilment center, allow for up to 3-5 business days for us to receive and process your return. After the return is processed it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to show up depending on the refund method you chose. The amount will be refunded in your bank statement. The refund will be processed depending on the refund method you chose.

Marketplace sellers must either provide a return address within the Republic of China, provide a prepaid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting the item to be returned.
